Beth Pann - Director of Development

Beth Pann joined Usher's New Look Foundation in 2011 and currently serves as the Director of Development. With 17 years in the nonprofit sector, Beth has extensive experience in fund development and communications, strategic and sustainability planning, and donor cultivation and stewardship.  At New Look, Beth's primary focus is to develop and implement a plan to expand the Foundation's base of funding by 60% to support its goal to certify 50,000 youth as global leaders by 2015.  Prior to joining New Look, Beth supported strategic initiatives and arts education programming at the Woodruff Arts Center, the parent company to the Alliance Theatre, Atlanta Symphony Orchestra, High Museum of Art, and Young Audiences.  From 1998 to 2009 Beth led the fund development and marketing and created greater brand awareness for The Bridge, a therapeutic residential center for abused teenagers, and Rainbow House, an emergency shelter for children.  Her career in the nonprofit sector began with the Charles G. Koch Charitable Foundation and the Choral Arts Society of Washington in Washington, D.C.  Beth holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art History from Denison University.
