Local Program Certification Elements

  • 6 hours of training to introduce certification in four leadership pillars
  • Develop creativity and collaboration skills to lead a Powered By Service project
  • Mentorship from college-age Moguls in Training
New Look Leadership Academy

(9th to 12th Grade)
National Program Certification Elements

  • 400 hours of training per youth across four leadeship pillars over 4 years
  • Develop innovation and critical-thinking skills to lead a Powered By Service project
  • Receipt of a university-backed leadership certification
  • Lead presenters at World Leadership Conference
  • Gain business and community service skills through partnership and travel opportunities with local, national and international organizations
  • Invitation to attend World Leadership Conference
