Lorenzo Creighton - Secretary

Lorenzo Creighton is Chief Executive Officer of Gateway Casinos, a Vancouver company that manages twelve casinos in Canada. Creighton’s career includes serving as an attorney, judge and gaming regulator before working in executive positions in casino operations. Before accepting his current position, he served as President and Chief Operating Officer of MGM Resorts International, the company that owns MGM Detroit and New York-New York Hotel & Casino, Las Vegas and president of the Flamingo Hilton in Las Vegas, making him the first African American property president on the Las Vegas Strip. An active member of the community, Creighton has received awards from Luther College (2005) and Black Meetings & Tourism (2006) for Distinguished Service. He is also the recipient of a Trumpet Award in January 2006 for his contributions in business.
