J. Veronica Biggins is an Atlanta-based Partner of Hodge Partners. She is an active member of the Board of Directors functional practice, the Financial Services industry practice, and the Not-for-Profit practice. She also leads the Diversity Practice.

Prior to joining Hodge, Veronica served as Managing Partner of the Heidrick & Struggles Diversity Services Practice and was an active member of the Board of Directors functional practice, the Global Financial Services industry practice and the Not-for-Profit practice.

Gloria Johnson Goins is the Founder and President of Brilliant Ideas, LLC, a marketing and consulting company that specializes in reaching growth and emerging markets. Prior to starting her own company, Gloria served as the Chief Diversity Officer for The Home Depot, overseeing all aspects of the company’s Diversity and Inclusion program for more than 350,000 associates across the world.

Rutherford Seydel is a 7th generation Atlantan admitted to the Georgia Bar in 1989.

Mr. Seydel is a partner in the firm of Davis, Pickren Seydel & Sneed, a full service firm in Atlanta for over forty years. He is co-owner of Atlanta Spirit which owns the Atlanta Hawks NBA Franchise and operating rights of Philips Arena and all associated parking. He is associated with and represents numerous downtown Atlanta business ventures and properties.
